Personal Health Journal entry #1 For me health is working proactively to make sure my mind, body and soul, are functioning at a high level. I don’t believe you have to run a marathon to be considered healthy. However I do believe in order to be healthy, a person must treat their body and mind as a high performance machine that requires constant maintenance and quality fuel.
